The Union Public Service Commission of India (UPSC) has released UPSC recruitment exam notification for Combined Geo-Scientist and Geologist, Indian Economic Service (IES) and Indian Statistical Service (ISS). UPSC Recruitment Exam 2019:
UPSC has opened the online application window for the recruitment examination 2019. The last date to apply for the Combined Geo-Scientist and Geologist, IES, ISS is April 16, 2019. All candidates are recommended to read the UPSC recruitment exam 2019 notification in detail, before applying for the vacant positions.
The online UPSC application can also be withdrawn from April 23 to April 30, 2019. However, the commission points, “UPSC has no provision to refund any fee amount paid by candidates. Hence, in case of successful withdrawal of application the fees will not be refunded.”
UPSC Exams 2019: Eligibility Criteria
Candidates who want to apply for the UPSC recruitment exam should have attained the age of 21 years and 30 years on August 1, 2019. For IES examination, aspirants must be a post graduate from a recognised university, and for ISS exam, bachelor’s degree with Statistics, Mathematical Statistics, and Applied Statistics as one of the subjects is the qualification to apply.
UPSC Recruitment Exam 2019: Application Fee:
To apply for the available posts, the candidates need to pay an application fee of Rs. 200. However, female, SC, ST, Persons with Benchmark Disability candidates are exempted from fee payment.
